• Ticket orders received 15 calendar days or less before the event will be processed and held at “Will Call” and not mailed.

• ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

• Participating bands receive a limited number of tickets as part of their event registration. A band may choose to distribute these tickets to their boosters. Please check with your band director if you have questions.

• Children 10 years old and younger admitted free for general admission seating.

• The Regional seating is General Admission Seating unless otherwise noted.

• Discounted G.A. tickets are available for Senior Citizens (65+), Military, and Students on the day of the event only.

• TICKET ORDERS NOT PLACED AT THE SAME TIME CANNOT BE SEATED TOGETHER. Groups will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. No more than 200 tickets can be blocked together. For orders of more than 200 tickets, please indicate how you would prefer them to be grouped. Please note that although we will attempt to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee any special requests. If no preference is indicated, the tickets will be blocked at the discretion of the ticket manager.
